Every project follows a clear, collaborative process. Here’s how we move from kickoff to launch.
Assets
Sharing your assets
All files are submitted through your private upload portal-no email attachments or third-party file-sharing needed. Your portal is pre-organized by file type and goes directly to our team.

Photography guidelines
- Upload all final images at the highest resolution available (minimum 1,500px on the longest edge)
- JPG or PNG format only-no screenshots or social media exports
- Upload model or property release documentation under Documents if applicable
Brand assets
- Logo files in vector format (AI, EPS, or SVG preferred; high-res PNG accepted)
- Brand guidelines or style guide, if one exists
- Any existing marketing materials that reflect your visual identity
Copy & content
- Tagline, mission statement, and any approved boilerplate
- Testimonials, awards, certifications, or trust signals to feature
Communication
Timeline & working together
A smooth project depends on clear, timely communication from both sides. Here’s what to expect.
Response times
- We respond to all messages within 1 business day
- Design review phases include a 3-business-day feedback window-please plan for this
- Delays in feedback or asset delivery may shift the overall timeline accordingly
How we communicate
- Email for all formal approvals, file sharing, and written feedback
- Video calls for kickoff, design reviews, and the launch walkthrough unless the client prefers otherwise
Revision policy
- Two rounds of revisions per major phase-design, content, and development
- Additional rounds beyond scope can be accommodated at our standard hourly rate
- Please consolidate all feedback into a single document or email per review round
